In German: Geschnetzeltes!
My friends from Berlin were trying to do something homemade on the Labour Day long weekend. What a plesant suprise it was. Geschnetzeltes is a lot better than the english description - Beef Stew in a white cream sauce. Perfect for a cold winter night.
